ddk and Bardolph return for BLAST Bounty tournament broadcast
James 'BARDOLPH' Bardolph and Daniel 'ddk' Kapadia will cast together at the upcoming BLAST Bounty tournament, marking their first LAN together since 2021.
James "BARDOLPH" Bardolph and Daniel "ddk" Kapadia are among the talent roster for the BLAST Bounty tournament, set to begin on July 21. This event marks their return to casting together at a LAN for the first time since the PGL Major Stockholm in 2021.
The duo was a staple in top-tier commentary from 2015 to 2020 and has recently collaborated in various online competitions, including ESL Pro League Season 23, ROG Journey Spring, and the CCT circuit.
In addition to Bardolph and ddk, the talent lineup features established members of the BLAST community, including analysts Alex "Mauisnake" Ellenberg and Donald "voo" Parkhurst. Commentary will also come from Conner "Scrawny" Girvan and Mohan "launders" Govindasamy. Hosting responsibilities will be shared between Natalie "NatTea" Mahoney and James "BanKs" Banks.
The BLAST Bounty tournament is scheduled to run from July 21 to August 2, starting with an online phase where 32 teams will compete in a single-elimination format. This stage will ultimately qualify eight teams to continue into the quarter-finals, hosted at BLAST's Malta studio.
