These terms govern your use of CS2OBSERVER (the “Service”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

CS2OBSERVER provides Counter-Strike 2 statistics, ratings, live scores, and model-generated match predictions for informational and entertainment purposes. The Service is provided free of charge and “as is”, and may change or be unavailable at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or automate access in a way that places an unreasonable load on the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls;
• use the Service for unlawful purposes, or to harass, abuse, or post illegal, hateful, or spam content in chat;
• copy or redistribute substantial portions of our data or content as if it were your own; or
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under any account you create and for keeping your password secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The site design, original text, ratings, and model are the property of CS2OBSERVER. Match results and statistics are derived from public sources; team names, logos, player names, and tournament marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. CS2OBSERVER is not affiliated with Valve, HLTV, any team, tournament, or bookmaker.

No warranty; predictions are not advice

Data and predictions may contain errors and are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Predictions, ratings, and any odds shown are not betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice. Please read the full disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CS2OBSERVER and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses (including gambling or betting losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service.

Changes & governing law
