FaZe defeat BetBoom 2-0 to advance to XSE Pro League semi-finals

FaZe has successfully progressed to the semi-finals of the XSE Pro League after a convincing 2-0 win against BetBoom. Their next opponent will be PARIVISION as they continue their pursuit of the grand final in Guangzhou.

In the first map, Cache, FaZe capitalized on their choice, overwhelming BetBoom with a commanding 10-2 lead at halftime. Ryan "Neityu" Aubry notably made an impressive 1v3 clutch in the third round, solidifying FaZe's early dominance. Ultimately, they closed the map with a dominant 13-2 score.

The second map, Ancient, followed a similar pattern. Starting on the CT side, FaZe jumped to another strong lead with a 10-2 first-half performance, anchored by David "frozen" Čerňanský’s standout play. Although BetBoom managed to secure the second pistol round, their efforts fell short as FaZe maintained control.

Kirill "Magnojez" Rodnov, who had entered the match with a tournament-leading 1.44 rating from BetBoom’s earlier group stage success, struggled to impact the game on Cache and faced similar challenges on Ancient, despite posting 112.2 ADR and 12 kills in the first half. BetBoom could only muster four rounds in their second-half comeback bid before FaZe clinched the victory, with frozen achieving a remarkable 2.25 rating on Ancient, leading the scoreboard.
