HEROIC finalizes roster with Brollan

HEROIC has officially welcomed Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin to its roster, marking a significant shift in the team's structure. After spending a year and a half as the in-game leader, Brollan will transition away from that role as the organization revealed its updated lineup on Tuesday.

Brollan joins HEROIC following his stint at MOUZ, where he found himself benched in April amid a roster overhaul that included the promotion of Adrian "xelex" Vincze from MOUZ NXT and the emergence of Dorian "xertioN" Berman as the new in-game leader. In addition to Brollan, HEROIC has also secured the talents of Antonio "MartinezSa" Martinez as the new AWPer and Joonas "doto" Forss as the coach, succeeding Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç, Simon "yxngstxr" Boije, and Tobias "TOBIZ" Theo.

With Brollan stepping away from the IGL position, he is expected to return to the opener role he excelled in during his time with fnatic, where he was recognized in the Top 20 player rankings for both 2019 and 2020. However, the organization has not specified exactly how Brollan will integrate into the current system.

HEROIC officials shared insights with HLTV about Brollan's impact, stating, "Brollan comes in with a lot of experience under his belt and will easily be a big voice on the team, but he will obviously move away from the IGL role." They emphasized that with multiple changes, roles will become clearer as the team engages in more practice and official games.

HEROIC is poised to debut its newly formed roster at the upcoming Stake Ranked Episode 3, a $100,000 tournament taking place in Barcelona, Spain. Notable teams like paiN, Ninjas in Pyjamas, and 3DMAX will also participate.
