HEROIC reaches grand final in Stake Ranked, 3DMAX out

The battle for the title in Barcelona has narrowed down to just three teams as the third day of Stake Ranked Episode 3 concludes.

K27 secured a decisive victory over 3DMAX, effectively ending their run in the tournament. Earlier in the day, Bryan "Maka" Canda's team eliminated Gentle Mates while K27 easily overcame Phantom, setting the stage for a lower-bracket final matchup. In this deciding match, Aleksey "xeedo" Mikulich showcased exceptional performance for K27, achieving a remarkable 2.00 rating in a one-sided series.

On the upper bracket front, HEROIC triumphed over Ninjas in Pyjamas to claim their place in the grand final. The competition was fierce, culminating in a narrow 13-11 win for HEROIC on Inferno despite a strong showing from Roman "n0te" Hamze, who posted a 1.26 rating. The dynamic duo of Martin "stavn" Lund and n0te then propelled HEROIC to a 13-9 victory on Nuke.

Resulting in the need to settle the score on Mirage, HEROIC's robust CT side ultimately sealed their victory and guaranteed their spot in the grand final.
