Liquid benches siuhy ahead of JT's arrival
Liquid has moved Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek to the bench, with JT set to join the roster.
Team Liquid has officially benched Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek, concluding his 15-month tenure with the squad as they prepare to add Johnny "JT" Theodosiou to the lineup.
Siuhy, who joined Liquid in April 2025 after being released from MOUZ, struggled to replicate the success he experienced in Germany. During his time with Liquid, the team faced a series of setbacks, marked by frequent first-round exits and a disappointing performance at tier-two LANs.
In a challenging year, Liquid only reached the playoffs at BLAST Bounty Season 1 through the online group stage and ended their season with a 2-3 exit from Stage 1 at the IEM Cologne Major. Their performance in 2026 was particularly poor, as they recorded some of the lowest T-side win rates in the competitive scene.
This roster change marks the second significant adjustment for Liquid this off-season, following their decision to replace Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak with Georgi "Jorko" Mitev. The newly configured roster will make its debut against Vitality on July 24 during the BLAST Bounty Season 2.
Liquid's current roster includes:
Keith "NAF" Markovic Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski Mario "malbsMd" Samayoa Georgi "Jorko" Mitev
Viktor "flashie" Tamás Bea as coach Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak (benched) Kamil "siuhy" Szkaradek (benched)
