arrozdoce enters free agency after departure from OG
The Portuguese player Rafael "arrozdoce" Wing has become a free agent following his release from OG. He spent a significant period on the team's bench after an earlier stint as a starter.
Rafael "arrozdoce" Wing is now a free agent after OG confirmed his departure from the organization. The Portuguese rifler had not been active on the lineup since May, following a nine-month run in the starting roster.
The 24-year-old, who initially gained recognition with SAW in 2024, impressed with a 1.08 rating that contributed to the team’s notable successes, including qualifying for the first CS2 Major, PGL Copenhagen, and reaching the semi-finals at IEM Cologne.
Following his time with SAW, arrozdoce joined Ninjas in Pyjamas but struggled to replicate his earlier success, managing a 1.01 rating during his six-month tenure from January to July 2025 before moving to OG.
His time with OG was similarly challenging, as he maintained a 1.01 rating from July 2025 until his recent benching. The organization faced difficulties, primarily competing in online matches and second-tier VRS events. During his time at OG, arrozdoce secured one title, the Digital Crusade DraculaN Season 2, and delivered solid performances in top-four finishes at Fragadelphia Blocktober 2025 and DreamHack Knockout Stockholm 2025, with ratings of 1.14 and 1.13, respectively.
