Spinx claims first MVP award at BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals

Lotan "Spinx" Giladi has achieved his inaugural HLTV x 1XBET Most Valuable Player (MVP) title following his standout performance in the BLAST Bounty Season 2 Finals, where he guided MOUZ to victory.

In the decisive match against Team Spirit, Spinx showcased his skills with an impressive total of 78 kills across four maps, earning him three Player of the Map awards and a remarkable 1.54 rating. His exceptional performance allowed him to surpass Ádám "torzsi" Torzsás in the MVP race. Torzsi, who also had a strong tournament showing, ended the final with a 1.05 rating.

The competition between Spinx and Torzsi was very close, with just a 0.02 rating difference on LAN matches-torzsi held a rating of 1.22 while Spinx achieved 1.20. In terms of map victories, they also showed a narrow margin, with 1.29 for torzsi and 1.27 for Spinx. Ultimately, the MVP title was awarded to Spinx for his impactful contributions throughout the tournament.

Despite being recognized as a four-time Top 20 player and receiving 17 EVP nods previously, this marks Spinx's first MVP award. His history includes playing alongside Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut and participating in a collective effort when MOUZ clinched the PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 championship.

Entering the current year, Spinx's performance had dipped, with no EVPs since IEM Krakow and a 1.01 rating over the last three months. However, with the addition of Oldřich "PR" Nový and a fresh start to the season, Spinx has reached new heights in his career.
