The BLAST Bounty 2026 Season 2 Finals will see Spirit as the only representative from the top-10, having successfully transitioned from the online stage to the LAN quarter-finals. They stand out amid a field where several high-ranking teams failed to qualify.

Notable absentees include Falcons, Vitality, and FURIA, each of which was eliminated during the online plays. Both the newly constructed Aurora and G2 teams also could not secure a position in the finals. MOUZ, currently ranked 11th in the world, is the second-highest ranked team heading to Malta.

The MongolZ experienced better fortunes after recent roster changes, securing their spot in the upcoming finals. FaZe, after missing out on the Cologne Major, will look to earn significant VRS points on LAN.

Astralis, now under the guidance of new coach Filip 'NEO' Kubski, has also qualified, alongside paiN and 3DMAX. Moreover, Liquid made headlines by defeating both Vitality and G2 with a decisive 2-0 scoreline, showcasing their new in-game leader Johnny 'JT' Theodosiou and AWPer Georgi 'Jorko' Mitev.

The matchups for the finals will be revealed during a live draft event taking place in Malta later this week.
