FISSURE Playground 3 relocated to Suzhou, China
The FISSURE Playground 3 tournament will now take place in Suzhou, moving from its originally planned venue in Shenzhen.
FISSURE has confirmed the relocation of its upcoming tournament, FISSURE Playground 3, to Suzhou, China, in collaboration with the media production company GGMEDIA.
Initially scheduled to occur in Shenzhen, this event will now be hosted at the SND Cultural and Sports Centre in Suzhou from September 8 to 13. The tournament features a total of 16 teams and boasts a prize pool of $1,250,000.
This event marks the beginning of a strategic partnership between FISSURE and GGMEDIA. The Shanghai-based production company has previously organized events such as the BLAST Open Porto 2026 Asian qualifiers. FISSURE aims to leverage this collaboration to periodically bring Tier 1 tournaments to China, enhancing the local esports ecosystem and its ties to the broader competitive landscape, as noted by FISSURE.
