K27 signs clax from Sangal to complete roster
K27 has announced the signing of Timur "clax" Sabirov from Sangal, filling a key roster vacancy after his period of inactivity.
K27 has officially signed Timur "clax" Sabirov from Sangal, successfully filling the roster position that opened up after the loan of Petr "fame" Bolyshev from Virtus.pro concluded.
This move reinstates K27's full roster as they look to enhance their competitive edge. Clax has been absent from official HLTV-recorded matches since April, following a benching by Sangal as the organization shifted away from its Russian lineup.
During his time with Sangal, clax established himself as one of the key performers on the team, boasting a 1.09 rating over the past year. His final contribution to Sangal was instrumental in their victory at the Urban Riga Open Season 4, where he achieved a team-leading 1.24 rating.
With the addition of clax, K27 aims to strengthen its lineup ahead of major competitions, particularly after a season where they narrowly missed the opportunity to qualify for IEM Cologne Major. The team is scheduled to make their first LAN appearance with clax as part of their roster at the Stake Ranked Episode 3 event, beginning July 15.
K27's current roster includes Daniil "X5G7V" Maryshev, Danila "kashl1d" Dronov, Daniil "qw1nk1" Kabilov, Aleksey "xeedo" Mikulich, Timur "clax" Sabirov, and coach Gregory "balblna" Oleinick.
