FOKUS announces signing of Paavo "podi" Heiskanen

FOKUS has officially signed former ENCE player podi to their CS2 roster as they continue to seek additional players.

FOKUS has confirmed the addition of Paavo "podi" Heiskanen to their Counter-Strike roster as they look to rebuild following recent departures. The Finnish AWPer joins the team to take the place of 17-year-old Georgi "Jorko" Mitev, who recently transferred to Liquid after replacing Roland "ultimate" Tomkowiak.

Despite this signing, FOKUS remains one player short as Erik "ztr" Gustafsson has opted to explore new opportunities after his loan from GamerLegion concluded last month. The organization is keen to fortify its lineup ahead of upcoming competitions.

Podi, who has been inactive with ENCE since May, is eager to return to competitive play. The Finnish team opted to refocus their strategy by promoting their academy roster, leaving podi looking for new ventures in the tier-one landscape.

The current roster for FOKUS includes: Mateo "Matheos" Prišlin, Sebastian "volt" Maloș, Matias "Banjo" Kivistö, Paavo "podi" Heiskanen, and coach Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński.
