FOKUS signs jocab, extends ztr's loan deal

FOKUS has confirmed the signing of Jacob "jocab" Nerheden, who will take the place of Sebastian "volt" Maloș in their starting lineup. This transition follows volt's transfer to INFINITE.

The 21-year-old Swedish player came from the Young Ninjas youth program, where he played from January 2024 to November 2025. He later joined Johnny Speeds, achieving a 1.14 rating over 209 maps with the team.

jocab joins FOKUS during a period of significant restructuring within his previous team, which has left them with only him and Ludvig "HEAP" Alonso remaining. Recent additions include Hampus "hampus" Poser and William "draken" Sundin.

This marks another considerable shift for FOKUS this off-season, having previously lost Georgi "Jorko" Mitev to Liquid, and subsequently acquiring Paavo "podi" Heiskanen as his replacement.

Additionally, Erik "ztr" Gustafsson, who was on loan from GamerLegion this past spring, will continue his stint with FOKUS as his loan agreement has been renewed "for the time being."

The current roster for FOKUS now includes Matias "Banjo" Kivistö, Mateo "Matheos" Prišlin, Erik "ztr" Gustafsson, Paavo "podi" Heiskanen, and Jacob "jocab" Nerheden, under the guidance of coach Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński.
